The image of the priest and the devil in the centre is instantly engaging making you want to look more for different clues in the picture as to what is going on. Mort Subite Oude Gueuze
Vineous, soft acerbic fruits, grapefruit and lambic annotations with toasted malt on the snout. Really packs a punch on flavor. Tangy and sweet. Tartness builds in the mouth with creamy malt and a light hint of hops. Spritzy, uplifting, sharp and acidic. Then sourness is balanced by sweet malt in the clean, bitter finish.
Group : Sour Beer
Fujizakura Heights Beer Rauch
Great smoky fragrance on the nose. Slight nutty notes, raisins, smoky bacon, campfires and a feel of creosote. Roasted malts and coffee with sweet caramel, fairly balanced. Evocative of Lapsang Souchong, the smoke edifice up to deep oak flavors. Refreshing as well. Bitter hops in the end with rich malt.
